Guests will cook standing at collaborative stations, preparing each component of the meal before bringing everything together for a communal table experience. Along the way, you’ll learn essential Korean techniques — grilling, seasoning, quick pickling, and fermentation — and how to recreate Korean barbecue at home with confidence and intention. Feel free to bring wine or beer to sip on while you cook and enjoy your meal! Menu \*\*\*Main Dishes\*\*\* Bulgogi Ssam (불고기 쌈)\ Grilled marinated beef served with lettuce wraps, perilla leaves, sliced garlic, green chili, and house-made ssamjang.
