Next, learn how to cut fish for a traditional platter of sashimi. You'll also make hand-rolled temaki with nori and uramaki with rice and caviar. Finally, make chirashi, a bowl of vinegared rice topped with sashimi, an egg and other vegetables.\

Our **most popular** team-building format.

In this experience, your team works as a **collaborative kitchen brigade** to create a full meal together. You’ll be divided into stations, each responsible for a different part of the menu. Individual and small-group efforts come together at the end, with one shared goal:

Get everything cooked, plated, and on the table on time—with everything hot.

- Teams work together on appetizers, mains, sides, and dessert

- Emphasizes communication, timing, and delegation

- Feels like part cooking class, part coordinated dinner service

- Everyone sits down together at the end to enjoy the feast they created

3\. Group Cooking Competition

All the fun of a group cooking class, with an extra **competitive twist**.

After a warm welcome and orientation, your group is divided into teams that will **compete to make the best dish of the night**. Our chef (and optionally your leadership team) will be the judging panel.

You’ll be judged as a team on clear, playful criteria that may include:

- **Presentation** – How beautiful and intentional does the dish look?

- **Taste** – Flavor balance, seasoning, and overall deliciousness

- **Timing** – Did you hit the mark and stay on schedule?

We can also customize judging criteria to align with your company values—think “best collaboration,” “most creative risk,” or “best leadership moment.”

## **The Scene**

Men stand up, women sit down, and kids get in the pool.\
Just kidding — sort of. Let us explain.

We’ve built the perfect outdoor playground:

- A **gorgeous covered patio** for your “relaxing half” to sip champagne and indulge in stunning charcuterie.

- A **warm pool** for the kids, complete with a **professional lifeguard**, so parents can *actually* relax.

- A **fully loaded outdoor kitchen** where the “working half” teams up with our Chef to cook a feast for everyone.

Each session is limited to **10 families**, because quality, safety, and connection matter to us.

**Who counts as a family?**

Don’t overthink it — we certainly don’t.

- Dating couples? **Come on through.**

- Married couples? **Perfect.**

**A Hands-On Exploration of Korean Home Cooking & LA K-Town Barbecue Culture**

This immersive cooking class explores Korean barbecue as both a culinary tradition and a shared experience — rooted in balance, variety, and participation. Drawing inspiration from Korean home cooking and Los Angeles’s iconic K-Town barbecue culture, the menu highlights how grilled meats, vibrant banchan, rice, and fermented flavors work together at the table.

Guests will cook standing at collaborative stations, preparing each component of the meal before bringing everything together for a communal table experience. Along the way, you’ll learn essential Korean techniques — grilling, seasoning, quick pickling, and fermentation — and how to recreate Korean barbecue at home with confidence and intention.

Feel free to bring wine or beer to sip on while you cook and enjoy your meal!
