The class was intimate, with only about seven other people, which made the experience feel personal and gave us the opportunity to learn so much. It was such a fun activity to do together, and we would absolutely recommend it!”

The 3 hr format allows for so much depth - hands-on cooking from scratch, basic and advanced techniques and skills, and they eat as a group. I was worried 3 hrs would be too long but Marc and his staff are so engaging, it's perfect. Just signed up for another session!”

“Sara was our Thai cooking class instructor, and she was lovely, thoughtful and a very good teacher. She accommodated any preferences, allergies, etc. She carefully explained each ingredient and its impact on the dish. It's obvious that Sara really cared about what we learned and wanted us to enjoy the experience. We ate in the dining area after each dish, and when we returned the kitchen had been reset and prepped for the next dish. The kitchen is clean, neat and the location felt very secure (it was an evening class). It was a delicious meal and a lot of fun. I look forward to cooking the dishes and taking another class there.”

“Tastes of Thailand cooking class was excellent. The best cooking class I’ve ever attended. Reasons: excellent instructors who taught cooking techniques, seasoning, how to elevate flavors/spices/heat. We each had our own cooking vessels. We cooked 3 Thai dishes, and were provided with a nice dessert made by the instructor. Completely hands on class with time for questions. Class size of 6 which allowed instructors to see how each of us were doing. Bonus- we each sat at a dining table to eat each dish as they were completed. A nice learning and social time experience with instructors who were knowledgeable and enjoyed teaching. Rating: 10+ out of 10.”

“Our teacher was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and patient. He made sure to include all students and gave us enough time to complete all of the task while explaining everything in detail clearly. He made the class fun while teaching a beginners level yet allowing us to end up with a meal that was lovely and enjoyable. The pace was perfect and our teacher/host was delightful. He shared how he developed these classes, and it was clear that his own curiosity and love of learning inspired the entire experience. He was incredibly patient with everyone, while still guiding us in a way that made sure we actually learned the techniques instead of just following directions. By the end of the class, we had made a meal that was absolutely delicious. It was hard to believe that something so good came from our own hands! I will 100% be taking another class. They offer such a wide variety of classes for different interests that I have a feeling I'll be coming back for quite a while. We spent 1.5 hours learning, socializing, laughing and enjoying our way through creating biscuits, fruit tarts and bundt cakes. Marc was so incredibly knowledgable, witty, and a pleasure to be around. After the baking was complete, Marc set us up in the cafe to enjoy our creations. We spent another 1.5 hours there.
