You’ll begin with a savory ricotta and anchovy canapé, then prepare a classic chicken piccata with lemon, butter, and capers. We’ll round out the meal with penne in a roasted red and yellow pepper sauce, tender green beans finished with butter and vinegar, and a fresh fruit dessert of macerated peaches and strawberries with Moscato.
